The mechanical properties mainly depend on the performance of the fabric backing; the tensile strength and tear strength of the PVC wear-resistant leather are severely reduced after perforation; The mechanical properties of microfiber leather are better than real leather in all aspects, and the strength is attenuated after perforation, but still maintains a higher value. "Gluing" each other, punching will not damage the microstructure, so the strength and strength values after punching are higher.
The abrasion resistance of genuine leather, microfiber leather and PVC wear-resistant leather is basically the same, and the three are significantly better than PVC leather. Polyurethane coatings on the surface of real leather and microfiber leather materials are all attached to the substrate with a network cross-linked structure, which is beneficial to improve the wear resistance of the coating. Compared with PVC leather, the surface paint layer of PVC leather contains abrasion resistance. Silicone additives, the PVC dense layer formula contains a higher degree of polymerization of PVC powder resin, so the wear resistance is significantly better than that of PVC leather.
