BTF Monthly Flag Raising Ceremony And Awards Ceremony

On the 1st day of every month, BTF always holds a flag-raising ceremony with all the employees. We welcome new colleagues and recognize outstanding performance from our employees. During the ceremony, we also hand out quality awards and staff benefits to those who excelled in the previous month.

Moreover, for reaching our sales targets, we offer company-wide recognition through our goal-achievement award. We also sign the sales targets for the current month during the ceremony, and we all work together to reach our monthly goals.
