B.T.F July's Quality Month Concludes With All Employees Working Together To Build A Quality Great Wall

The scorching July heat, scorching with the passion of all employees for quality, marked the successful conclusion of B.T.F.'s "Quality Month" series of activities. This month-long quality awareness campaign strengthened foundations through training and honed skills through competition, ensuring the spirit of "continuous improvement" resonated throughout every corner.

Quality system training, where professional instructors systematically explain the system, incorporating real-world case studies and on-site Q&A sessions, brought the often dreary system standards to life. Quality management personnel, acting as "quality mentors," combined customer needs to help everyone understand each customer's dissatisfaction and identify key areas of focus during production to enhance customer satisfaction. Employees alternately focused on taking down key points and raising their hands to inquire about details. Their notebooks, densely packed with annotations and sparkling eyes, reflected their thirst for professional knowledge.


The "Quality Knowledge Quiz" was conducted online, with each question drawn from on-site quality control and customer needs. These questions, grounded in real-world scenarios, transcended rote memorization.




The "Defect Identification" competition was a true test of skill. Team members leaned over and meticulously inspected the product, their fingertips lightly scratching the surface, their eagle eyes unable to detect even the smallest flaw. The bead of sweat on the contestants' foreheads and the confident smiles of their accurate judgments created a moving scene.



The first, second, and third prize winners received not only gifts but also a sense of pride. In addition, the 50 participants received customized souvenirs and a deep sense of accomplishment. This quality feast not only showcased the most skilled individuals but also deeply rooted the concept that "quality is no small matter."


The passion of July has not yet faded, and the journey of quality improvement has already begun. With the ingenuity and spirit embodied in these activities, the company will ensure that the seeds of "quality first" take root in every workplace, continuing its journey of high-quality development.
